

Our main goal is to provide proper tumbling training while teaching correct technique so that injuries are avoided and results are safely and successfully achieved. Tumbling is a progression of skills, that when accomplished correctly provides the athlete with a basis to build on and effectively transition to more advanced skills. If the basics are incorrectly learned, not only is the chance of injury greater, but future tumbling skills are much more difficult to perform. Many times, taking one step backwards and reverting to the basics, can help you gain two steps forward and ultimately help you achieve your tumbling goals!
